We sell our beef by the 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 or by individual cuts 

  *Weight is based on the side of beef.  Actual packaged weight is reduced depending on your processing instructions. (For instance, you may want steaks processed without the bone.) The price is based on the hanging weight and includes processing. Our animals usually weigh between 700-900/lbs.  On our Piedmontese beef, there is about 32% cutting loss (which is less than the 40% average on traditional beef).

*The area within 494/694 is considered our primary "free delivery" zone in MN.
