Piedmontese Beef
Piedmontese cattle originated in the Italian Alps and are known for their unique genetics. A naturally inactive myostatin gene allows them to develop more muscle with less fat, producing beef that is exceptionally lean yet remarkably tender.
Green Acres produces both traditional and Naturalean/Piedmontese beef. Naturalean cattle are sired by full‑blood Piedmontese bulls raised on our farm.
